We must adhere to some of the basic health norms like eating healthy, exercising regularly, taking proper rest, etc. Additionally, you must avoid a few things to ensure a healthy body. Some of the common things to be avoided are junk food, fatty food, smoking, drinking, intake of caffeine and stress. By following certain simple tips you can easily stay away from several illnesses.
