<p>It&#8217;s perfectly okay to worry about something sometimes. After all,  there are just things that you cannot control, and the uncertainties of  the outcome can leave you with very tensed nerves. However, you should  avoid becoming a worry wart-that is, putting a lot of time to anxiety on  too many things or perhaps everything.</p>
<p>A very good way to handle  such issue is through the use of subliminal messages. In this case, you  are going to utilize affirmations such as the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>I accept there are things I cannot control.</li>
<li>I know there are things I can manage.</li>
<li>Life is beautiful.</li>
<li>Problems are great lessons in life.</li>
<li>This too shall pass.</li>
</ul>
<p>If you are going to read the samples above, you know  that these affirmations are positive statements that empower you to get  you through your worry. When they become part of your system, it will be  very easy for you to turn them on and get rid of the negative thoughts  and emotions in an instant.</p>
<p>Now, the question is how you can  absorb them? Subliminal messages are for the subconscious mind; that&#8217;s  why if they become part of you, you cannot remove them. However, they  are also devoid of emotions, which more recognized messages in the  conscious mind have. Emotions can make it more convenient for you to  remember the message.</p>
<p>The good news is there are ways on how to live to your positive mantras. You may want to follow these steps:</p>
<p><strong>Look for a good time and place. </strong>For  better absorption of the subliminal messages, search for an environment  that&#8217;s tranquil or calm. You also have to find the right time to do it.  The best times will be in the morning, before you start everything, and  evening, before you go to bed.</p>
<p><strong>Lie flat on the floor or bed.</strong> You can also sit down, but it&#8217;s much easier for you to absorb and  remember the affirmations when you are lying down with eyes closed.</p>
<p><strong>Clear your mind. </strong>You  should get rid of any thoughts that are filling up your mind. These  include your worries. If you can&#8217;t immediately do that, practice  visualization. Imagine yourself listing all your causes of worries and  erasing them or literally putting them in the garbage bin or aside. You  can also play soothing music to relax your entire body, including your  mind.</p>
<p><strong>Speak and repeat the affirmations. </strong>When you are  already at ease and you feel more open to the subliminal messages,  recite the affirmations. You can create your own or memorize some lines.  Repeat them as many times as you can, until they feel like second  nature to you.</p>
<p>Sometimes it gets tiring, so you can record the affirmations or purchase mp3s or CDs, which you can play during this exercise.</p>
<p>If  they don&#8217;t sink in at first try, don&#8217;t worry. It usually happens. What  you can do is to just make the process more consistent, such as doing it  at the same time on a daily basis.</p>

<p>Do you ever wonder when you actually should take a test to check for your adrenal insufficiency? This article will a little bit give you ideas about signs and symptoms of adrenal insufficiency which indicate what tests you may take to check your adrenal and hormones problems. The information contained here is based on my friend&#8217;s experience, Tracy.</p>
<p>So Tracy had her adrenals and hormones tested. Her adrenals are overworked due to her immune system being suppressed. There are symptoms that have led her to take the tests. The tests and symptoms are mentioned below.</p>
<p>The adrenal insufficiency showed up on both blood and salivary tests for her. The blood tests she had done included TSH, Free T4, Total T3, DHEA-S, Free Testosterone, Cortrosyn baseline (or stimulation if you can find someone to do it), Somatomeden C, LH, FSH, Prolactin and Estradoil.</p>
<p>The salivary test kit was from BioHealth Diagnostics (BHD #800, panal #205 &#8211; Functional adrenal stress profile IV) and was processed by Medical Clinical Labs in Santa Monica Ca. The test results for the salivary test took 6 weeks to get back.</p>
<p>Hers symptoms included weight loss, hair loss, fatigue, food sensitivities, chilliness, low blood pressure, low body temperature, abdominal pain, sweet cravings, some alteration in bowel movements, weakness to name a few.</p>
<p>She has been suspecting adrenal fatigue due to having a stressful pregnancy with twins, having the tubal right afterward and getting a lot of steroid shots to boost the babies&#8217; lung development before they were born.</p>
<p>So, If you get the blood tests make sure your doctor interprets the result for your age and for where you are at in your cycle &#8211; i.e. the normal range for DHEA is 12-379, hers was 19 and technically within normal range until she learned that normal for her age is 150 and 19 would be normal for an 80 year old woman. That&#8217;s why she always feels terrible.</p></div>
